III. Main content of project:

Hujia Garden (Yuyuan Garden) covers a land area of 1.2 hectares, and was a famous garden with historical bearing in Nanjing, with values in both garden art and historical relics. It is a reconstruction project for tourism and culture. The project includes three famous ancient scenic zones: Yuyuan Garden, Jinling Phoenix Terrace and Xinghua Village. With the restoration of these scenic spots, the cultural connotation of Qinhuai scenic zone can be further enhanced, and the improvement of environment and gathering people will bring to it massive opportunities of business.

1. Total project investment: 55 million yuan

2. Project construction period: 3 years

3. Expected rate of return: 12%

4. Expected investment recovery period: 8 years

V. Preliminary suggestion on cooperation and project progress:

1. Suggestion on cooperation: Chinese partner will invest in the form of land and associated facilities converted to value for cooperative development, or overall purchasing by foreign partner.

2. Initial period work progress and present status: it has been included in the overall planning of Qinhuai scenic zone and listed as a project of old urban area transformation by the municipal government. The preliminary design has been completed.
