Tourist
Development Corporation of Xiaguan District was established in 2000 as a
state-owned enterprise with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. Its main
undertaking is to develop, construct and operate Shizishan scenic zone, and
concurrently operates on development and sales of garden and flowers and tourist
products, as well as sales of building materials and the associated goods and
daily articles.

Main content of project:
The
project is located at the south foot of Shizishan (Lion Hill) of the
River-watching Tower Scenic area, being the associated tourist facilities of the
area, covering an area of 11207 square meters with planned floor area of 9167
square meters. It is planned to build an ancient-imitating building complex with
the style of Ming Dynasty, in concert with the River-watching Tower. It will
have the functions of catering service, leisure-making, entertainment and
accommodation.

Expected total investment and expected economic gains of project:

Total project investment: 80 million yuan

The
annual income will be 33.6542 million yuan, with 8.4658 million yuan as
after-tax profit from operation.
