Main content of project:
This
project is located in Bailuzhou Park to the south of Confucian Temple tourist
area, covering a land of 20,000 square meters. It is planned to build the scenic
spotĦ°Night berthing at QinhuaiĦħ, with concentration of the traditional culture
of Qinhuai, to make it an ecological gourmet town integrating ecology, gourmet,
entertainment and night culture. After completion of this project, it will form
aĦ°Golden lineĦħof Confucian Temple Qinhuai scenic zone with Zhonghua Gate Castle,
Zhanyuan Garden, Confucian Temple, Dongshuiguan Ruin Park, and the rich cultural
connotation and large number of visitors will bring good returns.

Preliminary suggestion on cooperation and project progress:
1.
Suggestion on cooperation: joint venture or cooperative joint venture, the
Chinese partner will convert the land and infrastructure as its investment, and
the foreign partner is required to make development in cooperation or to
acquisition as a whole.
2.
Initial period work progress and present status: it has been included in the
overall planning for Qinhuai scenic zone and listed as a project for upgrading
and transformation in Confucian Temple area. The preliminary design has been
completed.
