Main content of project:
Baguazhou is the third largest
island in Yangtze River, with an area of 56 square kilometers. Nanjing No. 2
Yangtze River Bridge runs across the island. Baguazhou is rich in natural
resources, features a thick flavor of farm families and a superior ecological
environment of river island, with unique conditions to develop tourism and
sightseeing agriculture. The project covers a land area of 1.4 square
kilometers, and will include such components as¡°Baguazhou central theme
plaza¡±,¡°Folk art street¡±,¡°Delicious food plaza¡±and¡°Health and entertainment
center¡±, so that it becomes a central functional zone for touring, shopping,
catering, accommodation and transport in Baguazhou.

Total project investment: 120 million yuan

Project construction period: 2-4 years
