Main content of project:
ˇ°Yanzijiˇ±stands
as one of the three famous projecting rocks along Yangtze River. Along the river
in this area, there are many humanstic and natural scenic spots. Emperor
Qianlong went to Yanziji three times during his six tours to the south of
Yangtze River, and left the imperial tablet pavilionˇ°Yanzijiˇ±. This scenic area
is located in the north suburb of Nanjing 6km to the downtown, covering a total
area of 4.8 square kilometers, and has a high potential of tourist development.
It has been listed as one of the major tourist development projects in Nanjing.
According to plan, a large tourist scenic area with natural and humanistic
scenes, leisure-making and holiday spending function and with tourist commerce
and trade will be built here.

Total project investment: 830 million yuan

Project construction period: 1-3 years

Expected rate of return: 10%

Expected investment recovery period: 10 years

Suggestion on cooperation: foreign partner can proceed with development step by
step with his own development project components and capital according to the
overall planning.

development has been completed.
