III. Main content of project:

The project is located by Shuangmenqiao Flyover of Nanjing, with quite convenient traffic conditions. The school is presently the only professional education center to train tourist service and cooking management personnel in Nanjing, and the graduates from this school are highly appreciated in the trade. The market demand is large and investment return high. It is planned to expand and transform the school on the existing foundation, and the planned area will be about 33,000 square meters with a floor area of 30,000 square meters, to enroll more students.

1. Total project investment: 80 million yuan

2. Project construction period: 3 years

3. Expected rate of return: 15%

4. Expected investment recovery period: 7 years

V. Preliminary suggestion on cooperation and project progress:

1. Suggestion on cooperation: the Chinese partner will make the investment with the existing facilities, the faculty and the brand name converted as equities, and it is desirable that the foreign partner provides capital and advanced management.

2. Initial period work progress and present status: the project has been approved and design completed. Phase I project will start in 2004.
