III. Briefs of project undertaker:

Sports Bureau of Luhe District is in charge of the construction and management of sports center in the district. The sports ground was built in 1976, located at Yanan Road of Xiongzhou Town, now covering an area of 3.7 hectares, including such facilities as open swimming pools for adults and children, a standard track and field ground, a lighted playground and indoor training rooms. In 2002, it built a multi-purpose building for the sports school of 1428 square meters. Now along the east side of Yanan Road and the south side of Shijin Road, multi-purpose facilities integrating health building, entertainment, commerce and trading can be constructed.

IV. Main content of project:

The center is located on the east side of Yanan Road and the south side of Shijin Road, and it is planned to built a multi-purpose gymnasium with 2000-3000 seats, to rebuild the open swimming pools as a natatorium, and change the slag paved runway in the track and field ground to rubber runway, and construct multi-purpose facilities integrating health building, entertainment, commerce and trading

1. Total project investment: 50 million yuan

2. Project construction period: 3-5 years

3. Expected rate of return: 10-15%

4. Expected investment recovery period: 8-10 years
