II. Briefs of project:

The River-watching Tower Scenic Zone is a scenic zone with unique historical features jointly built by the municipal and district governments with an investment of RMB 110 million yuan. The zone covers a land area of 11 hectares, and the main scenic spots including River-watching Tower, one of the four famous towers to the south of Yangtze River, Wanxian Pavilion and Dizang Temple, and the zone is surrounded by the ancient city wall and moat with a total length of nearly 1.5 km, thus integrating hill, waters, city and forest as one. It was designated as a Grade 4A scenic zone by the state.

III. Present operation conditions of project:

It has received nearly 1 million visits by Chinese and foreign tourists since its opening to public in Sept. 2001.

VI. Form of transfer:

Transfer of operation right, and the investor will be fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the scenic zone. The annual transfer fee is required to be no less than 10 million yuan and the duration of operation after transfer is 30~35 years.
