III. Main content of project:

The Bont King Tomb is now located to the east of Yinxi Villagle of Tiexinqiao Subdistrict of Yuhuatai District, Nanjing, as a historical witness to the friendly exchange between ancient China and Southeast Asia. It is planned to improve the touring and service facilities to build it into a sightseeing and touring area with thick Islamic style. The planned area is 17 hectares.

1. Total investment of project: 50 million yuan

2. Construction period of project: 3 years

3. Expected rate of return: 15%

4. Expected investment recovery period: 8 years

V. Preliminary suggestion on cooperation and project progress:

1. Suggestion on cooperation: Development in cooperation, with the local partner investing with land and existing facilities at evaluated price and the incoming partner investing in capital.

2. Initial period work progress and present status: Phase I of the project has been completed, including relocation of tombs, tablet pavilion, archways, ticketing room, square, repair of tombs, fens, road, parking lots and plantation. The whole scenic area has taken initial shape.
