Luhe Economic Development Zone is a provincial-level development zone with the approval by the Provincial Government. The Zone has a total planning area of 30 km2. A land of 6.1 km2 has been developed for Phase I project and the infrastructure projects including water supply, power supply, telecommunications, sewage drainage and main framework of roads have been completed so as to meet the demands of various enterprises in construction and production.

Luhe Economic Development Zone enjoys notable regional advantages and convenient traffic. The Zone lies on the fringe of the Jiangbei Thoroughfare of Nanjing and along the connection line of the Yangtze River Bridge.

A number of high-grade highways converge here and the Nanjing-Qidong railway line under construction passes through the Zone. The branch of the Yangtze River, Chuhe River, is close by and open for navigation all the year round. It is only 30 minutes' ride from the Zone to Xinshengwei Port of Nanjing, the largest river port in China, 40 minutes' ride to Nanjing Railway Station, 50 minutes' ride to Nanjing Lukou International Airport and 3 hours' ride to Shanghai.

By offering preferential policies to investors from home and abroad, Luhe Economic Development Zone warmly welcomes them to seek joint development and expansion here and will provide them with excellent service and desirable investment environment.
