From today to the 18th day of the first month of the lunar year, revolving around the Confucius Temple Square, south to Changle Road, west to Zhonghua Road, north to Jiankang Road, east to Changbai Street and Dongguantou Road will be carried out traffic control from 8:00 to 22:00.

If residents drive cars to view lanterns, there are 7 parking lots such as Zhanyuan Road, Jinhainan, Lianyu Company, Chaokujie Elementary School, Zhanyuan Road Yixin Lane, Bailu Hotel, and Zhuangyuanlou. Tourists also can park along Jiujingchang Road and Jiulong Bridge Road.
