Ministry of Commerce of the PRC approved in recent days that "Zhonghui (China) Investment Co., Ltd" would be settled in Nanjing.

It is the first Hong Kong's capital investment company in Nanjing as well as the first Hong Kong's capital project that approved by Ministry of Commerce in 2005 in Nanjing.

"Zhonghui (China) Investment Co., Ltd" was set up by Hong Kong Zhonghui Construction (Group) Co., Ltd.

It will invest in fields of foreign capital where nation allows such as on water and electricity and energy sources, transportation infrastructure, high-level new technology products and project construction and so on.

The company will also offer consultation service for enterprises that they invest in.
