booths in New City Plaza open to public without rents. 20%-25% of profits of
commercial booths will be paid to New City Plaza. There is a largest parking lot
in New City Plaza, including 1200 parking spaces. In the future, a
three-dimensional parking lot will be set up and 2000 parking spaces will be
added.
But there are many disadvantages of New City Plaza. In China, Shopping Mall
must depend on its own advantages. Zhu Xianguo said: "Different from that in
foreign countries, most Chinese people depend on bus. So the location of
Shopping Mall is very important." A housing block in Olympic Center area plans
to open regular buses to New City Plaza. If the government can open more bus
routes, it is convenient to residents in the area. |
