Over 30 sets of colorful lanterns attracting tourists

According to the introduction by relative leaders of Qinhuai District Government, Confucius Temple Lantern Fair will combine water and land to set up over 30 sets of colorful lanterns in Dongshuiguan Park, Bailuzhou Park, and Zhonghuamen Castle. The theme of colorful lanterns is "the Year of the Mouse" and "Olympic".

There will be 13 sets of colorful lanterns including "Olympic Games", "Chang E Running for Sun", and "Chang E One" in Confucius Temple area. In Bailuzhou Park and Dongshuiguan Park, there will be various lanterns.

400 thousand lanterns sold in lantern fair

The lantern market of Confucius Fair is set up in the west square of the Confucius Temple. There will be two areas: hand-made lanterns and craftwork lanterns and there will be 80 booths. Over 20 varieties of lanterns such as water lily lantern, pineapple lantern, rabbit lantern, lion lantern and orchid lantern will be sold in the market.
