From November 3 to 6, the Fourth World Urban Forum will be held in Nanjing International Expo Center. The World Urban Forum is the international top-grade forum on development of world cities.

It is reported that the forum will attract nearly 6000 guests from countries and regions. The theme of this forum is "harmonious urbanization". The World Urban Forum will include opening ceremony and closure, 3 full councils, 6 dialogues, 8 round tables, 72 partner meetings and 24 training meetings as well as many conferences and special meetings.

On November 3, after the opening ceremony, various activities will be held. There will be 24 partner meetings, including "World Urban Forum Report", "Planning and Constructing City" etc. There will be 14 meetings, including "Humanistic Space of Urbanization", "Water Sanitation" and "Constructing Comprehensive City" etc. At the same time, there will be three round tables.

In addition, the World Urban Forum 4 is one of activities of the 3rd Historical and Cultural Famous City Expo. From November 1 to 3, The Third China Nanjing Cultural Industry Fair will be held. The 3rd Historical and Cultural Famous City Expo has 110 activities, including cultural festivals, performances, cultural theme activities and carnivals.
