New tourism products appear at Tourism Fair

A batch of new tourism products of Jiangsu appear at the 2006 China Domestic Tourism Fair.

A reporter learned from Jiangsu Bureau of Tour that nearly 200 tourism scenic spots, restaurants and hotels as well as travel agencies from 13 cities including Nanjing of Jiangsu will attend the Tourism Fair in Chengdu and display tourism products and develop the market.

It is reported that the total area of the exhibition area of the Domestic Tourism Fair is 46 thousand square meters and there are 2100 exhibition desks.

Such three exhibition areas as "Tourism Trade Talks Exhibition Area", "Tourism Education Exhibition Area" and "Tourism Souvenir Exhibition Area" are set up.

As the Amphitryon of the next Tourism Fair, Jiangsu will display gardens, watery region, ancient towns and the ancient capital scenery of "Capital of Philanthropism".

At the fair, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai jointly release the leisure tour and country tourism route.

In addition, the culture tour, the food tour and the red tour released by Xuzhou, Lianyungang and HuaiĄŻan will appear at the fair for the first time.
